I'm committed to providing therapy that is affirming, growth-oriented and supportive for all who seek out my services.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in intersectional feminist theory; I believe the key to understanding what is going on in your life is rooted not only in your individual identities but how societal and cultural expectations influence and impact you. I am committed to building trust in the therapeutic relationship and take an open, empathetic approach to understanding you and your needs. I utilize a variety of techniques and interventions from many therapeutic approaches in order to tailor therapy to your specific needs and goals. I use a queer-affirming and trauma-informed approach with all clients and have spent my training/career mainly working with LGBTQ+ people, neurodivergent people, trauma, anxiety, and relationships (of all structures). Additionally, my work is sex positive and weight neutral.
