The purpose of the mindfulness groups is to introduce skills to assist with coping with day to day life. Mindfulness adds an element of intentionality to our choices. Some mindfulness techniques that maybe incorporated into the group include body movement, meditation, journaling, music, eating, 5 senses, and other concepts.
