My approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for your lived experience. As a licensed master social worker, I blend evidence-based practices with a trauma-informed lens to support children, teens, and adults in finding clarity, connection, and self-worth. Whether we’re working through big emotions, untangling the impact of past pain, or building coping tools for the present, I am here to walk alongside you. 

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mom, an animal lover, and someone who believes in the power of messy growth and honest conversations. Therapy with me isn't about fixing you. It's about reminding you that you were never broken.
