Therapy for Children, Teens, and Adults

As a compassionate and dedicated therapist, I specialize in helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. My focus includes the following mental health concerns: anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress/life transitions, behavioral issues and parenting. I provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions, gain insight, and develop healthy coping skills.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as various evidence-based and holistic approaches to empower clients in creating positive change in their lives. For younger clients, I incorporate Play Therapy techniques, using creative interventions to facilitate expression and healing. I tailor my approach to each individual’s unique needs.  I work to ensure an empathetic, non-judgmental space and approach to therapeutic needs.

I am passionate about supporting clients and meeting them where they are at on their journey to wellness and personal growth.

I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from MACU and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. I am currently under supervision for my LCSW after completing my internship at Eclipse.

Insurance Accepted:

Soonercare, Private Pay
