Welcome 

Life can feel overwhelming, and sometimes the challenges we face leave us feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure of the next step. Whether you’re managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating major life transitions, you don’t have to face it alone. I provide a safe, compassionate, and accepting space where you can explore your experiences, process difficult emotions, and gain clarity. Together, we will uncover the root causes of your challenges—including childhood trauma and long-standing patterns—and work toward meaningful, lasting change. 


About Me 

I bring over 25 years of experience in the mental health field to my work with clients of all ages. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy, a Master’s in Education in school counseling, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My background as a school counselor and therapist has given me the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing support for a wide range of mental health and life challenges.


I am passionate about treating the whole person—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual—because I believe true healing comes from addressing all aspects of life. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MCBT). I help clients gain insight into the underlying causes of their struggles, build coping skills, and develop strategies that feel practical, authentic, and sustainable.


In sessions, I incorporate a variety of techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including mindfulness exercises, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and music therapy-inspired interventions. These tools can help regulate emotions, process trauma, enhance self-awareness, and strengthen resilience. My goal is to provide clients with practical skills that they can use both in and outside of therapy to support lasting growth and well-being.


Collaboration is at the heart of my work. I aim to create a warm, down-to-earth, and accepting environment where clients feel safe to share openly and honestly. Together, we identify strengths, set achievable goals, and build resilience. My ultimate goal is to empower clients to create a life that feels balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with their values, while honoring the unique journey each person brings to therapy.
