I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and Board Certified, Licensed Professional Music Therapist in Oklahoma. I provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy using a relational, holistic, and collaborative approach. 

As a military spouse, I understand the impact of chronic stress, frequent transitions, and shifting roles. I view therapy as a partnership. While I offer clinical guidance, clients are the experts of their own lives. We may not be able to make difficult feelings go away, but together we can increase your capacity to hold them when they show up and respond with intention. 

My work is grounded primarily in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with supportive use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also draw on trauma-informed care, polyvagal theory, and Internal Family Systems–informed principles to support nervous system regulation and mind-body awareness. As a music therapist, I also love to incorporate music, creative expression, or grounding activities such as crafts or coloring when clinically appropriate.
